Romantic hotel with unbelievable view of the mountains and glacier, good restaurant. Comfortable location, just walking distance from everywhere. Neat, cheap rooms and large bathrooms. Comfortable beds, great pool. Attentive staff members like a receptionist.

Confusing self-check-in process led to uncertainty about room access. WiFi barely worked in the room, and the low water pressure in the shower. The absence of staff on-site created a disconcerting arrival experience, especially with only one key provided for couples.

The location is very nice,, surrounded by majestic mountains. I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub with amazing views. Breakfast was a nice touch with decent options provided each morning.

The self-check-in process left a lot to be desired. I struggled with room access since no staff were available to offer guidance,, resulting in frustration. Plus, the noise from adjacent rooms was a constant disturbance.
